Hello. I have a cs1k. I have a dept. that wants to have group A (3 users) ring 4 times and then bounce to group b (4 users) ring 4 times then bounce to group c (5 users). Should I just setup groups b and c with a DNDR or am I better off creating a pickup group for each group and have them hunt from a to b to c?

Thanks.

DNDR gives both the original and the subsequent group the chance to answer the call. I really like DNDR

If you just FDN, then the original group will lose sight of the call when it bounces over to the subsequent group.

If I do a DNDR that will delay any SCN on the phone, correct?

If I choose to go the RPNG way, each group will need to be in their own ring group and have them forwarded on to the next group, right?
