DND Tone problem

I have a 300 room residential motel and they are using M7208 sets with MICS and NAM 4.1. One of the buttons is a DND button that the residence use often at night.

I got a complaint that after the button is used and it turns on the DND feature if a new call rings in they do not hear the ringer but as soon as it is sent to their VM after about 4 rings their sets makes a short tone. Of curse in the middle of the night this is waking them up.

Any way to disable this tone. I thought at first it might be the REDIRECT tone but that is set for N.
 
You will have to do this for each mailbox.





F981 - Login

Navigate to --> Admin --> Greeting --> CFWD --> Display Caller --> change this setting to "No".
