I have a BCM400 4.0. When I put phones in DND mode and the receptionist transfers an outside caller to a phone in DND it immediately goes right back to the receptionist. It will not go to voice mail. Usually I don't give out DND to users. I thought it should go to VM. Is there something I'm missing?
