We are trying to get DND to work as follows:
- you press your dnd button
- incoming calls (regardless of whether through the switchboard, transfer or direct dial) will flash light on T7316E and will show on the call display, but will not ring. Call follows CFNA setting after x "rings".
At the moment this works perfectly for DID calls but calls transferred from the switchboard or other internal extension bounce back to the originating set right away. Is there any way to work around this and force the internal transferred calls to behave just like DID calls?
System is a BCM400 3.7
