I doubt that is possible, but I'll ask anyway. One of our offices takes a daily 1 hour lunch and they put their phones on DND during this lunch, However, they have a private line that only the bosses have access to, and they want that certain phone line to ring, even if they have DND activated. Even though I've added the bosses cell phone numbers to the DND Exception list, they can and have called from other office numbers, extensions, locations, etc. Is there anyway to basically "whitelist" a certain phone line to override the DND option?

put the calling numbers (boss's cell) into the DND exception list
Doesn't work for line selection but for caller selections

Instead of DND why not use a time schedule to send the main line calls to the AA during lunch. Then you can send the private line to still ring the phones.
