DND on BCM 50

We have a BCM 50 2.0. We have a T7316E on the presidents desk. When he leaves he puts his phone in DND and locks his office. A few hours later his DND will be off and the receptionist thinks he is back, without anyone turning it off. Does anyone have any idea what is going on.

He has a mouse in his office and it walks on the key pad and turns off DND.
Could be anything ,is this overnight-cleaning crew?

Tell the customer that for a nice large sum of money you will sit at the desk after hours and monitor it with a hammer to catch that mouse in the act.
