DND groups

Hello everyone,
I am working on a CS1000.
There are DND groups built, so that when the attendant console presses the group DND key they are then placed in do not disturb mode.
The calls are then routed to a message stating the patient hours of accepting calls.
I cannot find where this routing takes place.
How do I determine/change where the calls are directed when the group is placed in DND mode?
