DND goes to AA instead of Voicemail

I have a 0x32 MICS.(v5)/4.0 NAM/PRI/12 1FB lines. When DND is on and an external call comes in, some of my stations go to voicemail and some of them go to the AA. Internal they go to VM. I cannot find any difference between the lines and terminal settings of the ones that work the way we want (go to VM) and the ones that don't.

Anyone know what I am missing?

I'm not sure. I do not exactly know where that parameter is. I'll see if I can find it but a little hint as to where I should look would help.

I'll try but I'm note sure I'll be able to hook it up. Is this a global setting or per mailbox? If it is global, some sets go to voicemail others go to AA so......

Not sure how to hook Norstar Manager to the NAM. If I run it to my RAD (Is that what you meant?) it comes back saying unsupported KSU variation. It must not support my KSU (0x32).

OK. Had to enable the network adapter on the NAM. I had to download the sis900.os2 driver from somewhere and I added it into the MPTS config so now I can get to my NAM with NVM. Redirect DN is set to no. Oh well........

After all of the reboots getting the network adapter driver installed the system is now aswering correctly. Funny...........
