DND Accross FIPN

I don't have a clue what AI did, but somehow, we can no longer set DND to forward calls from our location to any 5-digit extension starting with the digit - 5. It forwards across FIPN with DND to 5-digit extensions beginning with 2. I've been fighting this for about 7 hours now. I need help.
