DNB Conversion Utility? Anyone?

I need to run a DNB Conversion from a Nortel PBX asap. I tried using the GHTrout utility, but I receive a Run-time error.. Does anyone have an idea of what the error is? I have Office 2010 and Win 7..Or does anyone have another Conversion Utility resource I could use? I used to run a DNB and TNB Conversion with no issues.. Thank you much!!

What version of DNB, do you have as my contact details are on the latest version. My latest copy works on Windows 7 by placing the temp file in the C:\Windows\Temp folder.

If you are having problems, then send the source file to me as it's usually that what is the problem.
It's best to check that you can read the file OK in notepad. Also make sure that you have REQ at the end of the capture file.

The source file needs to be the same as what you see on the screen and it's best to have MTC,BUG etc removed from the TTY you are using when obtaining the capture file.
