DNA server not seeing all names

Hi,
I gotta DNA server (on NT4 SQL 6.5) which when you open OWS on the server itself and do a name search, it only shows one name.

OWS shows connectivity to MD and server, all services running, stopped and restarted SQL and re-booted server.

When opened (talking customer through) Enterprise manager, then "database", then "dirdb", then tables then "extensions" and "subscribers", it shows all of the names and extension numbers.

this looks like an SQL problem, does anyone have any ideas ?

Hi,

apparently it was fixed by the customer an hour ago,
I suspect SQL, I'll post fix, cos I think it will help others !
