For DNA OWS - with absence codes:
Check with ICFUP; , IONPP; , IONCP; and ISUFP; and post the result here in this forum.

If you want to add the DNA - OWS - with absence codes to an existing NU board:

IONCI:IODEV=SYSNET,USER=GICI-1,RPORT=7000,IP=10.140.11.21; (example)
ICFUI:IFCIND=1,IODEV=SYSNET,USER=GICI-1,DFMT=5,UPDFCN=NO,FILLER=64;
ISFUI:IFCIND=1,TEFMT=2,TIFMT=2,DTERM=01;

For DNA - Extension Manager:
Check with:
IODDP;

To build a telnet connection:
IOEQI:EQU=1-0-60-4,IODEV=TELNET1,TYPE=NETWORK;

I can see that that you use a serial (RS232/v24) for your DNA connection to the MD110.
Please post ISFUP; also.

What is the problem with these systems?

///doktor

Unfortunately, the DNA server and internal HD broke I should reinstall it.
You have a guide?
How can I do?
thanks Max

You need to add this command:
ISFUI:IFCIND=O,TIFM=2,TEFMT=2,DTERM=01

Then it should work. To update the absence codes do an ICUPI;

Let me know, if it works...

///doktor

The correct command is:

ISFUI:IFCIND=O,TIFMT=2,TEFMT=2,DTERM=01;

///doktor

hello doktor.
My problem is much more serious, the 'Hard-disck server of DNA is broken and I do not know how to install it.
What do I need to install?
How do I find has the licenses?
Do you have the installation CD?
Or an operating manual?

thanks Max

I am more into the MD110, so you need help from your local Aastra dealer or other DNA experts here. Better to make a new request: "Help for DNA reinstallation needed - DNA server broken down"

///doktor

Omissam, you must contact you local Aastra dealer as you can only install with a 60 day trial license and will need a new one for all the features licensed. Once installed you have to fingerprint the server to send off for the license. Your customer will have purchased DNA and should be able to get the install DVD and have a license number. Without all these things you will never be able to put a new DNA system into service, contact your dealer/Aastra. Once you have the DVD and licensing arranged, then we can help with the install.
