I´m unable to install licenses on my system. My supplier has made me create several fingerprints during the past couple of years and we´ve even tried to reinstall the server but every time they send me a license-file and I try to install it I get an error: "Failed to install licenses. Fingerprint information is incorrect. See Technical Guide for more information".
Nothing on the server (hostname, hardware etc.)has changed in the time between creating the fingerprint and trying to install the licensefile.
So far I´ve had to reinstall License Manager every 60 days to enable a new trial period, and I´m getting a bit tired of the situation.
The DNA-suite version is 5.3 SP1. MD110 is version BC12 SP11 (I think).
Anyone got any ideas what´s wrong?

did you change from domain/workgroup inbetween?

Never underestimate tha powah of tha google!

No I didn´t change the domain membership. It´s still the same as during the initial install. The only things that might have changed is that I apply Microsoft security patches (not servicepacks) on a monthly basis. The server OS is Windows 2003 Server Enterprise SP1.

do you have more than one NIC active at install time?

No, just one NIC. The server is a IBM X235 (8671-MAX).

Sure here´s a screendump:

looks ok? does the server have hyperthreading (unsupported)?

Server is hyperthreading capable, but HT has been disabled as it is not supported by DNA-suite.
