Hi all,
Our DNA 5.0 server was crashed and I set up DNA server 5.2 ,and added 11 nodes. I can see these nodes on MD110 support tool..
But i can see only 3 nodes on other tools such as Extension Manager, PDM ...etc. (Both in server and client side)
Strange thing is if the client is 5.0 then it can see all nodes.. (I've only one client using 5.0)

I reinstalled DNA5.2 client reinstalled server but no solution..

Second problem is, for two nodes, when i try to connect via PDM, (DNA 5.0 client) i get an error..
On feedback window it sends username and password but after i logged in, a small window comes and says;
" connection to this node is rejected because of mismatch in system identity"
Does anybody have idea what to do it so?

Hello,
DNA 5.2 supports only BC10,11&12. Do you have BC9?

Hi PetrNik..
Now it's clear for me..
We have 11 nodes and i can see only 3 of them which are Bc12 or BC10. bc9 nodes are invisible on most of tools except mdsupport tool...

But, DNA 5.0 client can see all of them..

Unfortunately i can not install new 5.0 client.
What i should do is,i should not remove the last 5.0 client anymore.

Maybe second solution is on node setup i can configure the bc9 nodes as if they are BC10..

Thx for your help..
Rgrds.
