DNA OWS Function Keys

Hi Guys,

I've come across this issue where in one computer which has OWS installed, the function keys only work if we click on them using a mouse.It does not work if the function keys are pressed using the keyboard. There are 3 computers with OWS installed but this issue has only come up in one machine.

I've tried re installing the application as well but no luck...Any help is much appreciated

is the key board using a usb connnection
i had the same issue with a dell and hp key board i had to change the usb dconnection
