DNA not connecting

I have a problem with my DNA not connecting for some reason. I get egg timer then below error, any help appreciated, I've restarted server that DNA application is on.

'failed to complete transaction with logging facilities server. Verify that it is running'

trying to get to lfs service to then get to sds to connect to sql to authenticate your logon. what dna version and sp? what application are you opening? can you open it on the server?

Hi Parnum,

Thanks for that. I managed to find the lfs service via control panel, services and restarted it. Everything seems to work fine now. Was Extension Manager on 5.2
