DNA 5.5, MX-Messenger 4.1 and BC13 sp3

Has anyone witnessed this;

Setup; MX-Messenger 4.1 and latest hot-fixes (all), DNA 5.5 running ECC 1.5 connecting to IPLU (R3A) in BC 13 sp3.

Voicemail integration works fine for ATS / DTS / Dect but not for ECC - works once then fails; temporary fix is to restart IPLU and restart program unit IPLP.
