DNA 5.4 MX-ONE V3.0 node setup

AM trying to add an MX-One V3.0 build 3 in DNA 5.4 as a pbx node, when ever I try to connect I get an error message "CAN NOT RECEIVE PROMPT FROM PBX", I can telnet into the MX manually. any one knows how i can get this to work?

To MD or not to MD that is the question
