After we upgraded to dna 5.3 the ows does not not go in front when someone called in. In 5.0 this was a registry setting. Is it the same in 5.3?

It's the same registry key

HKEY_current_user\CONTROLPANEL\desktop\foregroundlocktiemout

Change the value to 0 (decimal)

It did not work. The value was right.and i have tried to change it to 1. Same failure
I forgot to say this machine has xp sp2
