what are the steps to putting one dn on two different tn?

You need to add it manually. A copy will not allow duplicate DN's. You just add the DN to the 2nd phone as normal and determine if the keys are to be assigned as SCR or MCR. In addition, you'll need to select which set should be MARP'd to control the DN.
just like any key change
