DN swap. Mbox did not follow

I recently had to move a phone to a different port (initial one wasn't working anymore...). I did a DN swap to the new port, copied the "system & user" data and the phone worked fine. However, the mbox won't answer on busy & no answer. The forwarding programming is correct (lead DN for VMail), it just gets answered by the General Delivery mbox instead. The programming for the mbox is correct and didn't change. I can leave a msg by entering the extension number. I can access the msgs just fine. Just the forwarding is messed up.

Suggestions?

You need to also change the B2 DN to match whatever it is on the original port.

Restart the voicemail services and try it again.
