DN share by two staff

Hi,
I am new to BCM. I have access to our remote system by using Business Element Manager. There is a IVR, press 1 for John(ext.442), 2 for Doug (ext.444). When John phone rings and John is not around, Doung wants to answer John line. How do I program this on Doung phone please?
Also, is there a BCM system admin. or MAC manual out there for this kind of day to day admin support?

You could put an answer DN on x444 to answer 442.

The documentation is on the system. Enter the IP address of the system in your web browser, enter your username and password, then you can download/view the docs from there.

ou could also use Call Pickup, just put them in the same group.
