Is it possible for a DN to rollover to another DN. after a set amount of rings?

Also if the second DN does not answer would it go back to the original DN and then go to VM?

Thanks in advance...

Ash

No that isn't possible.

You can only specify 1 rollover DN per rollover condition.

you can have a dn roll to a second dn and then back to the original dn's voicemail. You can find out how to implement this feature by looking up Call Forward No Answer Second Level in the Features and Services NTP

The answer is right above your last post. Did you try it? Did you not understand it? A little more information if you want help.

if you want DN 1234 to ring to DN 5678 then on a no-answer go back to DN 1234's voicemail (without ringing DN 1234 a second time) make DN 5678 SFA(second level forward allowed) in the cls. If both DN 1234 & DN 5678 go to voicemail the caller will get DN 1234's mailbox in the event DN 5678 doesn't answer.
