Our DN Out Number Dialed on the Web Client 4.5 Agent Real time display is showing the DFDN of the CDN instead of the actual CDN number. For example, the agent presses his DN Key and dials CDN 2000. The agent real time display fields show: Incalls = Busy, DN Out = Active, DN Out Number = 3000 (this would be the DFDN of the CDN). Furthermore, the Call by call report shows the agent dialed the DFDN and not the CDN. Is this the way it works or have I missed something in the programming?
