DN OUT in Real Time

Does anyone know if it is possible to display 'DN Out' in Web Client Real Time. There is an option for 'Agents in DN' however this includes 'DN In'

I use 4.2

Are you wanting to see the number of DN Out calls the agents are making or just whether they are active on a DN out call?

Both can be done by modifying the standard agent display (DN Out is already there and you can add DN out made and save as a private copy)

Is this what you're after or have I misunderstood?

Dancing Dave is right, you can go into a report and hit Make Private Copy.

Go down to your Private Displays and single clic on it. To the right there are 3 Tabs. Properties/Columns/Filters. Click on Columns. Select the drop down box next to available fields.

The one you want is called "DN Out Dialed Number". Select it and click add field. Then you can move it around left/right and adjust the size of it. Submit when you are done and then hit Launch Display.
 
I forgot to mention the most important factor. This is to display by Skillset.

It as a wallboard display in the Call Centre, so it has to be a summary.
