DN not hitting VM

I have a DN that is not rolling to voicemail. Everything, that I can see is setup correctly. Check LHK key, checked Vm.

On the 4 ring you hear it go into a longer ring like a transfer alert but it just keeps ringing..

Here is the TN , anything obviously wrong?

Does 2547 appear on any other set?

Hmmm. If 2547 appeared on another set, the message lamp would not light on this TN, yet another inconvenience

The LHK value, oddly, does affect the FDN from applying to KEYs above zero, but this one looks OK. no reason not to increase it and test just to toggle the bits in the parts of the system we can't access. Being an ACD TN, odd stuff is more likely to occur.

If your system hardware is older than the CLS feature "TDD" is, test with "ADD"

You may want to change to IRA and OLA in CLS and add lpk 5 to this eaxtension and try it again

strange, i don't like mail on an acd set... i have group mailboxes for acd groups, use scn keys and xmwk or rmwk keys.

Speaking of RMWK... how do you use that functionality. From what I know you need at least an SCN to use the XMWK but could never get the RMWK working any insight would be appreciated.

Coolicepbx, you need LMPX in the CLS. This should be a new thread to get a quicker answer.
