DN not answering (Cintech ACD) out of nowhere.

I re-enabled my ACD and it's online etc..
But the DN for the group I'm using just will not answer
anymore.. I'd setup DN 6002 for the group, and previously(before someone came in and disabled it) It used to work fine, You could xfer calls to 6002 etc.. etc.. But now
it just rings and rings.. Does anyone have any ideas of how
I might be able to troubleshoot it or get it working?

Everyone can login to the ACD. I have another CCR tree that uses the ACD ready to go.

Also, We'd purchased 2 more voice mail channels to use for the ACD, My previous phone guy moved 2 of the 4 ACD channels into the VoiceMail pool away from the ACD. I need to move those 2 channels and make them available to the ACD again. Can anyone remind me of the programming steps to make this happen?

make sure dn not in usable range make it a b1 dn on last port also dn only accessible from outside not from sys to sys"intercom to intercom" trn from ccr and external thru dial
