We have a BCM50 setup with about 10 IP phones in 10 different locations. Whenever one of the IP sets goes out (say it loses its VPN tunnel), the DN is immediately "Not in Service."
My main concern is that if a phone connection has dropped, that callers should at least be directed to that phone's VoiceMail.
The "Keep DN ALive" box is checked in the Element Manager for all IP sets. ANy ideas?
