DN Forwarded to a DN forwarded to it's voicemail (Call Pilot)

Hi!

I have a situation, we need to forward a OPc81 DN(DN's) to a DN that has voicemail (Call Pilot 4.0) and it's forwraded or FNA to it, but when the call goes to the voicemail by FNA or Forward didn't get to the voicemail of the DN that has voicemail and gets a message tlling that the DN thats it's trying to go to this voicemail dosn't have this service.

I check the CLS if htere was an item for this, i check the Call Pilot for an Item for this and nothing, I check the CFN LD 15 and seem fine.

an unanswered call will revert to the mailbox of the originally dialed number. add 1st phone dnb to the mailbox of the 2nd phone as an answer dn in CP.

you are right thats what I did and works fine, but on our callpilot we can add up to 8 DN's and were like 16 so dosn't work for all. Finnally a came up with getting out the DN's ( becouse they move to another site that it's dosn't part of us and converted the DN's like LSC with an DMI deleting four and inserting de DN that have the voicemail, so finally works fine. But I oppened this thread to make shure that isn't an CLS item that can bypass the DN thing for the Call Pilot recognize it. So You are right I tried your advise before this thread.
