Can someone enlighten me as how to set up an internal DN to go straight to a auto attendant or CCR on a BCM450 w/ Call Pilot? I have a skill that works fine from the outside, but I need a way to transfer internally to it.

I'm not sure if this will help you but you can transfer people directly to a CCR tree ie. feature 986 - CCR tree 1 -then hit # So to xfer a call to CCR tree 1 you would press f. 986 1 #.
