HI Guys,
I have had a look and cant find anything on this, I have been requested from one of our team leaders that deal without outbound campaigns that if a user manually initated a call from their phoneset we would like to see how long from the line being opened to the point of connection (Answered) or line closed (Hang Up)
I am looking to be able to report on this or build a report for this but is this stat monitored using CCMA 6.0
