DN calls made out report ?

Hi all,

I have ran the agent performance report on Historic Reporting within CC6. I can see that a couple of agents have been making outbound DN calls. I wanted to see if anyone would be able to help in trying to find a report to see what numbers were actually dialled by the agent either by access CC6 or the CS1000 switch.

Via CC6 only the Call by Call report will show the outbound DN numbers.
If you have (TM, OTM or 3rd party) CDR reporting you can do there the outbound reports.
