I have ran the agent performance report on Historic Reporting within CC6. I can see that a couple of agents have been making outbound DN calls. I wanted to see if anyone would be able to help in trying to find a report to see what numbers were actually dialled by the agent either by access CC6 or the CS1000 switch.
