DMS-E-RGE_FUNC_NOT_AVAIL showing error

Hi,
I have a report which runs fine in Impromptu 6.0 in Win 2000.
But, if same report in run in Win XP with Impromptu 7.0, I get following error.

Error number -239:
DMS-E-GENERAL, A general exception has occurred during operation 'prepare request with options'.
DMS-E-RGE_FUNC_NOT_AVAIL, The function decode is not available as an external, database or built-in function.

Does anybody has idea regarding this.

First, are you running MR1 or MR2 of Impromptu? At least MR1 is required for full support under XP.

Second, the error is telling you that the decode function is not available. Are you running Oracle? If so, what version of both the client SqlNet and the backend server?

Third, are you connecting natively or through ODBC? I'm fairly sure you are connecting natively, but I just want to rule out other factors.
