DMC080 on BCM400

Yesterday I installed a new DMC080 on a BCM400 4.0 and was able to subscribe and register 1 of 2 7430 handsets (could not get the other one to register). Came back in this morning to finish the work and now I cannot log into the DMC080 via the OAM tool. I know what the default password is and IT WAS NOT CHANGED. I am the only one that touched it and now I get "Incorrect Password." Anyone have this problem? If so, what was the fix?

OK, apparently the 15th try is a charm. The DMC decided to finally let me in, however I still have 1, 7420 handset that will not work properly. I can register the additional handset from the master handset, success, however the new handset never comes up with the DN.
