I have a Compaq TL 891 DLT and I re-order my barcodes from the vender that inserted samples when the drives were purchased. Here is the infor:
Lowry DLT Tape Cartridge Bar Code Label

Part number 307-53182
The labels look like this... | ABC 000 | with the barcode underneath that.
