I've run into a permissions issue with a client. Before, he had DLO backups going to a USB drive. The DLO option worked just fine for that. Since that went down, we've got a share folder on the Backup server that these backups now go to.
Problem is, I can't get the clients to create folders or back up at all. The error message states "Access Denied", but I don't know how that's possible. BUE's service login is set up properly, all other backups work, the share folder on the Backup server even has it's permissions set to Full Control for Everyone, Domain Users, you name it.
There should be no reason why anyone, or anything, can't create a folder or update a file in there.
The only time I've been able to manage a successful backup, is if I assign a user Domain Admin rights. Which of course, I am not going to run around and give everyone admin rights.
