I am assuming that you are using a front end application.
If this is correct and you have the developer edition of crystal reports, you can find the runtime file requirements at the following link on your harddrive, providing that you have the developer edition of crystal reports.
"C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal Reports\Developer Files\Help\Runtime.hlp"
