DLL

I am trying to register a DLL using regsvr32.exe. When my buddy does it, it work fine. When I try or my buddy tries it on his other computer, we get this message:<br><br>&quot;DLLRegisterServer in c:\new\zipsearch1.dll failed. Return code was 0x8000040005&quot;<br><br>Does anyone know how I can register this DLL successfully.
