DLL Loading/Unloading causes First Chance Exception

hey ? what happened to my text? my question is - the operation - load model - causes a fortran dll to load using LoadLibrary. The operation close model causes the same dll to unload - using FreeLibrary. A subsequent call to open model causes the same dll to load but to a different address space. Unfortunately, subsequent calls into the dll jump to the original address space. Any ideas?
