DLL Issue

Applied the CPUApr2006 to our windows 2000 9.2.0.7 database with no issues or errors, but received the following when I attempted to start the database service:

"The procedure entry point koltglid could not be located in the dynamic link library orageneric9.dll"

I've researched this, but couldn't find much other than verify that the dll is current, which I did. After I received the error, I copied the old dll from the backup I did prior to the install....same issue. Deinstalled the patch......same issue.

Any ideas??
