Running 2000iLT under Win98. Had two recent crashes during a drawing session which Norton logged as a fault #C0000005 in Module ACDB15.dll. Any help in a diagnosis would be appreciated. Has always been stable before these.

Try copy the ACDB15.DLL file from the AutoCAD CD-ROM (in the /ACAD folder) to the C:/Program Files/Common Files/Autodesk Shared folder, (rename existing ACDB15.dll to ACDB15.old first for safe keeping then replace) and restart the system.
Sometimes files might become corrupt and best to replace them before they cause big crashes and data loss. Jay~

Interestingly, I can find the old file in the Common Files folder, but I cannot find it anywhere on the CDROM, even in the zipped files on the disk. Is it somehow created on install maybe?

send me an email and I will reply to it with the file attached...
