DLink wireless router Di-524 with Netopia DSL modem

I have just got dsl service through centurytel and want to know how to configure my DLink wireless router DI 524 with the netopia DSL modem. I have tried configuring the router with the pppoe and tried to put my dsl username and password in the dlink config but it still doesnt work. Any ideas ?
