DLC vs QCC

Newrly all my installations are DLC as it is more flexible. The QCC should be used when all calls go to the operator and ALL THE OPERATOR DOES IS is transfer the calls. The QCC acts like a little calling group with calls in queue information. The button layout on a QCC is fixed with certain buttons in certain positions, and that's that, no options.
