DLC interface support for windows 2003 and XP

Hi,
I have an existing program written for NT, which uses AcsLan (DLC API)for DLC interface...
MSDN says that DLC interface is not supported in XP and windows 2003, wat should i do to support my program in XP and 2003.

To use DLC interface( AcsLan API) support in windows 2000 , do i need run any service in my m/c...
