I have a dlc operator with a DID# assigned. Ext has group coverage for voicemail set to 9 rings (mailbox is an Auto Attendant). I would like to use a DND as their "night" button to send calls directly to vmail. Howver during the "day" mode (non DND) I would like to have 3 other users with coverage buttons to help support this operator. This is a department within a larger organization that already has QCC operators and is using the Night service for the main organization.
When I turn on DND I can't get the calls to go straight to vmail.
