dlc console and auto-attendant

HI I just had to replace a processor in a Magix and reprogramm everything. The customer has a DLC console at ext 200. When someone calls the main number, the auto-attendant answers, if the caller presses 0 then it goes right into the voicemail of station 200 instead of ringing at the station a few times then going into the voicemail. It only does that with station 200. If I put an other station as 0, it works fine. However if you call directly 200 it will ring then go to the voicemail, as it should
Does ayone have a clue?

Were you not able to use the backup PCMCIA card?

I would look at extension 200 and first, make sure it works AND is in fact, 200.
