Hi all,
Solaris 8.
I have recently cloned an e420 root environment to a spare disk in an exisiting e420.
When booting to the second (cloned) disk I am getting the following errors on boot and when running ifconfig qfe0 plumb;
ifconfig: SIOCSLIFNAME for ip: qfe0: no such interface
ip_rput_dlpi(qfe0): DL_ERROR_ACK for DL_PHYS_ADDR_REQ(49), errno 3, unix 0
ip_rput_dlpi(qfe0): DL_ERROR_ACK for DL_UNBIND_REQ(2), errno 3, unix 0
ip_rput_dlpi(qfe0): DL_ERROR_ACK for DL_DETACH_REQ(12), errno 3, unix 0
I've checked the path_to_inst on the good disk and the bad disk and ran a devfsadm and reconfiguration boot without success.
Everything else works great and as expected.
Any ideas please?
Thanks
