I have had problems with trying to ghost a mirrored set to a file on a raid5 set, these are managed by Smart Arry 5i. All drives formatted with NTFS. I know symantec say that raid is not supported and writing to NTFS is only supported by the 2003 version.I have ghosted NTFS before, accross a network share to a file on an NTFS disk using ver7.I have used DeployCenter to image these Servers, but when I try to restore the image to another identical box, on reboot I get error message " NO OS Found ". Removed mirror and recreated again and imaged OK second Time.Is anyone having similar problems, please advise.
