DL380 Server, Smart Array 2 and Win XP

Got hold of an old DL380 server, with the original NT install disks. I have a copy of WinXP (Pro)lying round, so thought i'd test-install it last night... and got nowhere

Problem is, WinXP Pro doesn't have driver(s) for the smart array, and i'll be darned if i can find them on compaq's badly organized site. I assume that Win2k drivers or beta drivers for .NET server will do the job? Where and what *exactly* do i need to put on a floppy just to get past the intial installers screen? I'm hitting F6, pressing S to choose to install a driver but having no luck with anything i've managed to find yet.
