DL380 Rack/Rail Problem

I am new to HP servers as we inherited some when we bought out another company.

Anyway, I have a Proliant DL380 mounted on rails in our rack. I slid it out earlier to take a look inside, and now I can't push the thing fully back into the rack - it locks halfway, and I can't figure out how to release the lock. I don't have any documentation either...

Can anyone help? How do I slide this thing fully back into the rack??!

I hadn't pulled the server out of the rack enough to engage the release latches so that they could then be disengaged...
